Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine - Cardiology

University of Colorado, Department of Medicine

Shea E. Hogan is an interventional cardiologist and vascular medicine specialist at Denver Health, Denver’s safety net hospital, and an associate professor of clinical medicine at the University of Colorado school of medicine.

Since joining CPC Clinical Research as a clinician-scientist in May 2021, she has had the privilege to work on and publish several VOYAGER PAD analyses and help lead clinical trial adjudication efforts. While she enjoys clinical practice and research across the span of cardiovascular disease, her primary clinical and research interests involve peripheral artery disease and particularly chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). In addition to this work, she is actively involved in the Society of Vascular Medicine and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions, serves on the editorial board of the Vascular Medicine Journal and serves as co-faculty of the “Ethics and Responsible Conduct of Research” course through the University of Colorado Denver MSCS program.

While extremely passionate about her work, her greatest joy is spending time with her husband and two spirited girls.
