Alex Giguere joined CPC in 2018, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience from industry, management consulting, and public accounting. As a business advisory and senior management professional, he has a track record in finance and accounting, and background firmly rooted in technology and information.
Mr. Giguere began his professional career as an auditor with KPMG, wherein he adopted rigorous standards for service and risk management. His industry leadership background includes senior management roles in healthcare, hospice, foundations, technology start-ups, not-for-profit, manufacturing, education, and government. A recipient of the Cantax Public Practice Award for achievements in auditing, he participated in developing the curriculum and content for CGA-Canada’s program of professional studies in auditing and economics.
Originally from Canada, Mr. Giguere holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Victoria, and he is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Colorado. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Nonprofit Association.
